Company

A small company that would rather be checkable than impressive.

Tora Labs LLC is a Pennsylvania company building Hiulix, the AI sales agent for managed service providers. One founder, $50,000 of his own money, no outside investors, no revenue yet. Everything on this page can be verified against the public record or is labelled as a plan.

Hiulix is the product; SalesmateAI is the platform underneath it. Tora Labs' five-year plan names technology and professional-services firms as the first markets, with IT service providers inside that list. Hiulix is that line taken seriously: one vertical, one sales conversation, built and sold to managed service providers before anyone else. The platform, the entity and the plan are unchanged — what narrowed is who the product is for.

Founder

Nodirbek Anvarov

Nodirbek is the founder, organizer and sole owner of Tora Labs LLC, and the company's principal executive — product, strategy, customer acquisition, partnerships and operations. He identified the opportunity, built the SalesmateAI MVP himself, formed the Pennsylvania entity, and capitalised the company with $50,000 of his own funds.

The business plan this site is built from is deliberately conservative about his background: it records what is documented and declines to assert anything beyond it. That is unusual, and it is the right instinct. The case for him running this company rests on execution that can be checked — an entity that exists, a product that runs, capital that is committed — rather than a résumé.

He is also, for the first stretch of this, the sales team. Every early pilot is onboarded by him personally, which is both a constraint on how fast the company can grow and the reason early customers get an unusually direct line to the person who can change the product.

Roadmap

Five stages, in order, with the first one still unfinished.

The long-term platform is an AI sales workforce — several specialised agents covering qualification, appointments, follow-up, support and reactivation. None of that is a reason to skip the part that has to work first.

An open-plan office floor, mostly empty desks

Stage one is a website widget. Stage five is a floor like this one, and the distance between them is entirely made of customers we do not have yet.

Stage 1 — AI website sales agent. The core conversational sales product, sold to MSPs as Hiulix. In pre-launch testing now. Current
Stage 2 — AI sales workflow platform. CRM integration, scheduling, automated follow-up, deeper analytics. Months 7–18
Stage 3 — Voice AI. The same qualification logic through a spoken interface rather than a typed one. In development
Stage 4 — AI sales workforce. Specialised agents: qualification, appointments, follow-up, support, reactivation. Beyond year 2
Stage 5 — Enterprise sales infrastructure. Multiple agents across sites, channels and internal workflows. Long term
The first 24 months

What has to be true before any of the rest matters.

Months 1–3 · Product validation

Finish MVP testing, harden the website integration, ship analytics, set initial pricing, interview customers, onboard the first pilots. Measured on active pilots, conversations, qualified leads and whether anyone comes back.

Months 4–6 · Commercial MVP

Introduce paid subscriptions and usage billing, build a real onboarding and support process, get the first integrations in. The point is one piece of evidence: that someone will pay a recurring fee for this.

Months 7–12 · Product-market validation

Grow the customer base, improve answer quality, add CRM integrations, start early voice work, build case studies, measure customer ROI. Retention is prioritised over raw acquisition, deliberately.

Months 13–18 · Scale

First engineering and customer-success hires, wider integrations, stronger security, advanced analytics, expanded voice. This is where the company stops being one person.

Months 19–24 · Enterprise readiness

Enterprise plans, role-based access, audit logging, configurable retention, enterprise onboarding and partner channels — built when enterprise customers actually require them, not before.

Hiring, if it works

2–3 people in year one, 5–7 in year two, growing toward 25–35 by year five — engineering, AI development, sales, customer success, operations. Planning targets, drawn on Philadelphia's existing tech labour market rather than a market that would have to be created.

Capital

One investor, and he has to live with the outcome.

The company is funded entirely by its founder: $50,000 of personal money, committed, for 100% of the membership interest. No investors, no lenders, no grants. That is a real constraint — it is why the first eighteen months concentrate on small and lower mid-market customers, where sales cycles are short, rather than chasing enterprise deals the company cannot yet service.

It is also why the software is built the way it is. There is no leased office, no inventory and no specialised equipment; the product is a website component and cloud infrastructure. The allocation on the left is the plan's own, and like everything else here it is a planning figure that will be corrected by what actually happens.
