1. The agent is an AI

Hiulix is an automated system. It discloses this at the start of every conversation and will confirm it whenever asked. It is not a person, it does not have authority to bind Tora Labs LLC to anything, and it can produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Treat anything it tells you as informational until a person confirms it in writing.

2. Nothing here is an offer

Prices, plan contents, capabilities, integrations and timelines on this site are the company's current planning assumptions, published for transparency during a pre-launch period. They are not quoted prices and not a binding offer. A commercial relationship begins only with a signed agreement.

3. Product status

Hiulix is in pre-launch testing. Features described as planned or in development — including Voice AI and specific CRM integrations — are not available today, and their timing may change. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation that Tora Labs LLC has customers or revenue that it does not have.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Do not use the agent to generate unlawful, harassing or deliberately deceptive content.
Do not submit other people's personal or confidential information into the agent.
Do not submit credentials, payment details, or government identification numbers. The agent will never ask for them.
Do not scrape or systematically extract the site or the agent's outputs.

We apply rate limits to keep the service available, and we may restrict access that breaches these terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you type. You grant us a limited right to process it in order to operate the service, respond to you, and improve accuracy. Handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The site, the software behind it and the Hiulix and SalesmateAI names are the property of Tora Labs LLC. Nothing here grants you a licence to them beyond ordinary use of the site.

7. No warranty

This website and the agent are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the agent will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. It is a demonstration of a product still in testing, offered on that basis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tora Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website or the agent. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Not professional advice

The agent does not give legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and neither does this site. Decisions that carry a real cost should be taken with a qualified professional.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves out of testing. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
